Dr. Earnest Light

is a licensed psychologist in the province of Ontario. His formal training in psychology was in Russia, where he obtained Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from St. Petersburg State University; Doctor of Philosophy degree from the St. Petersburg Psychoneurological Institute.  Dr. Light has extensive training in Russia, US and Canada.
